Well…what these particular people do, is remind us that we are all vulnerable on the net. 

I have been a victim of these people.  I cannot tell you why but  someone just doesn’t like me much.  Today, I lost control of my net life which impacted my real life.  Not only did these people take away my pages on which I worked very hard on; they invaded my private and professional life.

Their ability to strike fear, anger, angst and assorted other feelings without being seen; should make us take pause.  We need to make our passwords different for each account, plus take action as soon as we get those emails from the providers that our passwords have been changed.  Hopefully on time and not too late as I found out today.

I was able to recover my email accounts and with a few phone calls I managed to save important professional contacts.  My pages, well, one I reloaded and I am in the process of deciding whether or not to even repost the others.  It was a labor of love on those pages. 

So, it just goes to show, hackers & stalkers serve a purpose.  They remind us we need to be careful.
