11/05/2010 HAPPY BIRTHDAY…TO ME!!! hehehehe

NORMALLY…I avoid my birthday.  I am big on celebrating this joyous day for others…and I have a great time with it!  Me..that is another story.  I am not the ME kind of gal!  hehehehe!

Well, I think just to make me embarrassed, my friends decided to kidnap me…and they did this so well!!!  Breakfast bright and early~without warning!!!  There I was~having breakfast with slightly unkempt hair, no makeup and jewelry!! OMG!!!  Cake for breakfast and lots of conversation!   The last time I was kidnapped was in high school as part of a Freshman hazing….and no I will not discuss the year!  LOL!  It was fun then too!

Breakfast finally finished at about 11:30am…but then we went down to the beach.  Little place there on the boardwalk in Santa Monica…oh yes…the drinking then continued!!  Did I say that we love to party???  NATURALLY…at this place…Bubba Gump Shrimp Co..birthday peeps dance for their supper!!  NOT just regular dancing..but TABLE TOP dancing!!  YES…I danced my ass off and lucky I did not fall off that table!!!  THAT would have been a buzz kill!!!  hahahahaha!  The food…awesome!!

We all then walked the pier and just acted like kids!  The ferris wheel, cotton candy~the boardwalk games!!  Wow..lots of fun and good times.  Of course, the sunburned face also did not help!!!  Walking down the steps onto the beach, the waves called to us.  The water was still a little nippy but like fools~we played in the water!  I am sure that people watching  us thought we were crazy but then~we are!!

I have finally made it home in time to answer some calls but now I am running again~seems we have sushi with our names written on them!
